Honey bees art and summer flowers

July Swarm features painted flowers, drawn honey bees, and embroidery with gold, cotton thread. It was created after I watched our backyard bees swarm in high summer. The swarming bees were mesmerizing and standing amongst them as they followed the queen was amazing.
