using handmade ceramics in my studio

I’ve had the green bowls and vase seen in this photo for several years; they were given to me as a birthday gift and made by a local potter. I’ve used them for candles, flowers, and other decorative things but recently decided to add them to my studio. It’s so nice to dip my paintbrush into a handmade, ceramic water container. Same goes for pulling brushes out of the ceramic vase. Since moving them to the studio, I use these beautiful objects daily, rather than occasionally—an easy and wonderful studio upgrade!
