King Dancer captures the still and moving energies of nature and the precarious balance of an ecosystem. It’s another one of my favorite large works on paper. I love the mix of things that fly and float agains the stillness of the deer. The piece is made of layers of watercolor, graphite and thread on paper and drafting film.
