summer, summer everywhere

This abstract wall print, titled Jumble, is inspired by all the flying things of summer. I love the extra negative space in this piece, with an occasional splatter and drip. It feels like the extra space the summer months provide. I wanted to capture the quality of light and color of my favorite season in this print, as well as the motion of bees, moths, and butterflies zipping around the garden.
