spools of thread and a barred owl

I’m choosing thread colors for a new work featuring the Barred Owl I visited at a preserve several weeks ago. Even though I think these owls might be active in the day as well as evening hours, the working title for this piece is Nocturnal. As such, I’m choosing colors I associate with shimmering moonlight.
